Tryouts for the 2016/17 Junior Harbormen have been set for Sunday, April 10th from noon to 1:50 PM on Pilgrim Rink A.  Tryouts are open to all incoming 7th and 8th graders attending Hingham Middle School regardless of who they play for on Saturdays or Sundays.  The 2016/17 Junior Harbormen will be entered in the highly competitive Friday Night Junior High League and compete against the best junior high hockey players on the south shore.  Each team will carry an expanded roster, giving players the opportunity to participate in roughly 2 of every 3 weekly games.  Additionally, each team will be provided with at least 15 practices.   The expected registration cost per skater for the 2016/17 program is $600 ($300 for goalies).

Since we are not requiring an online pre-registration, we need to get a strong sense of headcount for the 10th in order to ensure the most effective use of time for players and evaluation team.

Please plan to get your player to the rink at least 30 minutes early for check in and tryout number assignment.  Also, please bring WATER and both a red and white jersey if you can.
