It’s time to get outside and play some wiffle ball!  We are excited to be sponsors for the second annual Summer Wiffle Ball Classic to benefit Boston Children’s Hospital. This event will take place on August 26, 2018 at Carlson field in Hingham, MA.  This is a community based all day event expected to attract over 60 teams and over 300 participants and many community volunteers. Last year they raised over $32,000 for the hospital with the majority of the funds raised from our generous sponsors. The idea for the Summer Wiffle Ball Classic came from 16-year-old Alex Malloy, a Hingham resident and patient at Boston Children’s Hospital being treated for Gorham Stout, a rare bone disease of the lymphatic system.  Alex is teaming up again with Dan Ventresca, who was raised in Hingham and also treated at Boston Children’s for Gorham Stout disease.  Alex and Dan have a Gorham Stout connection but they also have a love of sports connection. Thus, a wiffle ball tournament is the perfect fit for a fun community event that raises awareness and funds for such an important cause.  MORE INFORMATION HERE
